FRONTLINE STRATEGIES CELEBRATES JUSTIN KEMP AS ONE OF THE NATION’S TOP POLITICAL PROFESSIONALS UNDER 40
Seattle, Washington — Frontline Strategies is proud to announce that Justin Kemp, Partner & President of Data, has been named to the prestigious 2026 “40 Under 40” list by the American Association of Political Consultants, recognizing the rising stars shaping the future of political consulting in the United States.

Kemp brings deep experience in political data, analytics, and campaign operations. He has served as a Campaign Manager, an analyst at Data Trust, and spent three election cycles at the Republican National Committee as Deputy Chief Data Officer.
Throughout his career, Kemp has built data infrastructure and reporting tools that have been instrumental in informing more than $100 million in get-out-the-vote (GOTV) efforts, voter registration drives, brand-building campaigns, and fundraising initiatives, helping campaigns and organizations make smarter, more strategic decisions at scale.
The honorees were celebrated during a special ceremony at the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa in Amelia Island, FL, as part of the 2026 Pollie Awards & Conference held on March 25, 2026.
