MIKE COLLINS FINISHES FIRST IN U.S. SENATE PRIMARY, ADVANCES TO RUNOFF

JACKSON, GAΒ β€” Trucking businessman Mike Collins has finished first in Georgia’s Republican primary for U.S. Senate, outworking every opponent and every dollar spent against him. Collins advances to the runoff as the clear GOP frontrunner in the race to replace Jon Ossoff.

Collins’ first-place finish came despite being outspent 15-to-1 on TV advertisements by his opponents and their allied outside groups. It is a testament to his grassroots support across Georgia.

Collins entered the race with a record no opponent can match, as the only candidate in the field to deliver bipartisan wins for Georgia. His Laken Riley Act, the first bill signed into law by President Trump in his second term, made him a national name and a proven fighter for border security and the rule of law. In just one year, the Laken Riley Act has been responsible for deporting over 21,000 criminal illegal aliens off Georgia’s streets.

With endorsements from President Trump’s top allies, including Newt Gingrich and a dozen House conservatives, Collins heads into the runoff as the America First candidate, but the strongest candidate for the general.
